Fits all following air purifier models manufactured by Alpine, EcoQuest, Living Air, Vollara, Healthy Living, Spring Air, Lightning Air & Natures Air.
Fresh Air, Fresh Air Double Plus, Classic, XL-15, XL-15C, XL-15S, Breeze, Breeze AT, Flair, 880, Ozone Blaster, Eagle 2500, Eagle 5000, Salon Air
Wash the ceramic O3 plates once every 30 days! When the purifier no longer produces enough O3 to be effective, the plates should be replaced. Depending on the environment where the unit is placed, it may take longer or shorter for the plates to wear out. In any case, we recommend replacing the plates once every 1 year for optimal performance
To clean each plate, first turn the unit OFF and UNPLUG from outlet. Remove all filters preceding the plates from the back of the unit, and then each plate from the center. Pull the plate out firmly, but gently towards you and out of the unit. Wash the plate carefully with warm water applied to both sides of the plate to rinse it well. If you have clear ammonia, you can do a mixture of warm water and ammonia (50/50 solution is suggested) and let the plate soak in that for about 10-15 minutes. Gently scrub with a stiff brush if you notice any deposits not coming off with water along. Be careful not to drop the plate or scrub off the silicon. Clean both the metal screen and the ceramic tile. Rinse plate in hot water and DRY COMPLETELY before reinstalling. If available, you may use a hair dryer to dry the plate. Reinstall plate, making sure it is inserted all the way and seated securely in its place. Reassemble, plug the unit into a grounded electrical outlet, turn it on and enjoy.
